The Maryland Chapter of the Ninety-Nines, established in 1929 by & for women pilots, continues the mission of the organization to share and celebrate women in aviation.
Our chapter includes everyone from brand-new student pilots to women who have been flying for decades, from all over Maryland. We meet once a month near Baltimore to encourage each other, share stories and experiences of flight, and figure out how to bring more women into the flying fold!
Scholarship Fundraiser!
The Maryland 99s are fundraising, so we can establish a scholarship in our Life Member Ginny Carlin’s honor. The scholarship will fund one Ninety-Nine’s checkride annually. We hope to award the first one in 2022! Right now, we have two ways to support the scholarship fund! More information to come!
